除氧器 用于除去鍋爐給水中的溶氧及其他氣體的裝置。火電廠中給水溶氧是造成熱力設備腐蝕的主要原因。因而，鍋爐給水除氧是防止設備腐蝕、保證安全運行的重要環節。此外，除氧器還可作為回熱系統中的一個混合加熱器，把高壓加熱器的疏水、火電廠各處水質合格的疏水、鍋爐排污水經擴容蒸發、冷凝后匯集起來予以利用，以減少汽水損失。 火電廠中的除氧器采用熱力除氧原理，即在除氧器中將水加熱到沸點，利用水蒸汽的分壓將溶解于水中的氧及其他氣體排出。火電廠的除氧器均為混合式，根據加熱蒸汽的壓力分為真空式、大氣式(工作壓力為120～250千帕）和高壓式（工作壓力為600千帕）；按結構形式分為膜式、淋水盤式、噴霧式、填料式、噴霧填料式、噴霧蒸汽噴盤式等；按除氧頭的布置方式又可分為立式和臥式。真空除氧通常在凝汽器內進行，作為初步除氧。高壓和超高壓汽輪機大多采用高壓除氧。
