白炭黑補強分子式:CAS號:性質:白炭黑在橡膠工業中主要用作優良的白色補強劑,能改善膠料的黏著力,賦予膠料較高的拉伸強度、伸長率、彈性、硬度、耐熱性以及撕裂強度。其補強性能與它的粒徑大小、表面性質、結構和在膠料中的分散性有關。它對橡膠的補強作用主要由兩個方面的因素決定:(1)白炭黑微粒無定型狀,結晶混亂,表面與橡膠大分子接觸產生物理吸附;(2)白炭黑表面存在硅氧基、隔離羥基、氫鏈連接,尤其是白炭黑結構中心的—Si—O—鍵具有極性,能產生很強的結合能力,使白炭黑顆粒表面活性大,能與橡膠分子鏈形成牢固的化學鍵,達到補強效果。白炭黑與炭黑相比,比表面積更大,粒子更小,“結構性”更高,因而硫化膠拉伸強度、撕裂強度、耐磨性也高,但彈性下降,混煉膠的黏度增大。白炭黑常用于天然橡膠、丁苯橡膠、丁腈橡膠、氯丁橡膠、乙丙橡膠或它們的并用膠中作為補強填料。
