吹瓶機空氣回收系統的結構設計塑料包裝企業生產設備中,能耗最大的輔助設備莫屬于空氣壓縮機,一般廠家在新購設備時都會將低壓氣用氣量納入到高壓空壓機中,但是隨著時間的推移,設備各方面的磨損,使得氣量遠不如前,氣量的減少致使許多企業不得不購入低壓空氣壓縮機來滿足要求,產品成本無形增加,但是高壓空氣壓縮機生成的高壓氣在完成高壓定型后通常被直接排放,資源白白浪費,如果我們將這個資源進行有效的回收,并利用到低壓系統,那將是一筆十分可觀的收入。  首先我們分析低壓空氣使用情況,在低壓空氣中,使用空氣量最多的是拉伸氣缸和吹瓶預吹氣,它們在每個瓶子的成型周期中都要消耗一次,其它的機械氣缸用氣量較少,只在你需要這個功能在開、停機時才會動作,如果我們能把高壓回收氣用到整個的低壓系統,那當然是最好的方案,因為這樣整個低壓系統全部都用的是回收資源,但是從旋轉式吹瓶機來看,這并不是一個合算的方案,為了滿足這個要求,你必須安裝旋轉接頭、外部儲氣罐等很多裝置,并且得到的回報很少(給那些用氣量并不很多的氣缸供氣),同時使設備的故障點增多,增加了維修成本,這違背了技術改造投資少、回報大的原則。所以將回收氣只用到拉伸氣缸和吹瓶預吹氣這兩項是最簡便,同時成本也是最小的一個方案。一、回收系統的結構設計和工作原理  以下為供給拉伸氣缸和預吹氣的空氣回收系統結構圖在開機空轉未吹瓶時,低壓氣經由原管線電磁閥1到拉伸氣缸儲氣管7,回收儲氣管6與拉伸氣缸儲氣管7之間由單向閥12隔離,回收儲氣管內無低壓氣,此時整個拉伸氣路系統和預吹氣系統保持在未改造前原狀。  當設備開始吹瓶時,瓶內高壓氣經三通閥10排氣管道通過單向閥12進入回收儲氣管6,設備運轉一圈回收到足夠的氣體,則使用手動電磁閥1關閉原拉伸低壓進氣和預吹進氣管線,此時拉伸氣缸和預吹氣轉由回收儲氣管供氣,由于生產的瓶子容積不同(0.6L、1.25L、2.0L等),我們可以適當的開啟排氣閥9,將多余的氣量從消音器排出,保持回收氣量和消耗氣量的平衡,如回收儲氣管中仍有剩余氣,則通過15bar安全閥4排放,因此安全閥必須有足夠的流量,可讓多余的氣體排出,停止吹瓶時打開手動電磁閥由原低壓和預吹管線供氣。  整個系統工作原理較為簡單,由于只需供應拉伸氣缸和預吹氣這部分,安裝結構也十分方便,值得注意的是回收氣量與消耗氣量之間的平衡,因此在生產不同容量瓶子時應把握好供需關系。  雖然這個系統只將回收氣提供給拉伸、預吹兩個部分,顯得有點美中不足,但它的投資小(以SBO10/14為例只需兩萬左右,具體根據配件價格),回報大(年節約費用16~20萬),獨立性強(有故障或其它原因時,可使用原供氣系統),靈活度高(安裝簡單、方便),十分符合我們技術改造項目的基本原則,使產品更具市場競爭能力。
