壅塞  管道中某一截面處的流速達到聲速時所發生的一種流動現象,其表現為:不論管道出口外壓強如何降低,聲速截面前的流速、壓強等都不再發生變化,相應地流量也保持不變。壅塞有許多種,常見的有超聲速風洞(見風洞)起動壅塞、飛機進氣道壅塞、摩擦管壅塞和加熱管壅塞等。    超聲速風洞的壅塞  這種壅塞常發生在風洞第二喉道截面不夠大的情況下。 圖1為超聲速風洞出現壅塞示意圖。超聲速風洞左端為一拉瓦爾管喉道,中部為實驗段,右端為第二喉道。風洞起動時入口和出口的壓強比逐漸增大,洞中流速隨之增大,當拉瓦爾管喉道截面處的流速達到聲速時,它的下游出現一段超聲速流動區和起動激波(圖1a)。隨著壓強比增大,起動激波往下游移動。對于正常的起動過程,當壓強比達到某一值時,起動激波通過實驗段,就完成了起動過程。若第二喉道截面不夠大,在起動激波還未通過實驗段時第二喉道截面處流速就達到了聲速(圖lb),這時,無論壓強比如何增大,起動激波也不能再往下游移動,實驗段氣流不能達到超聲速,便出現起動壅塞的現象。如果實驗模型太大,它與壁面之間的通道太小,其作用類似第二喉道,也會造成壅塞。為了避免壅塞,第二喉道橫截面積應足夠大。    飛機進氣道中的壅塞  在進氣道遠前方氣流馬赫數∞<1時,進氣道前方氣流速度增大,進口內喉道處的流速增大,流量增加;當喉道處馬赫數0=1時,進氣道前方氣流速度再增大,流量也不再增加,只是在喉道后出現超聲速流和激波(圖2a)。在遠前方氣流馬赫數∞>1時,超聲速氣流在進口前不受任何擾動,直接流入進氣道(圖2b)。在喉道面積足夠大,進入的全部氣體都能通過時,進氣道不壅塞。若喉道面積太小,能夠通過的流量小于直接進入的流量,喉道壅塞,喉道前氣體堆積,壓強升高,在進口前形成一道離體激波,一部分多余氣流溢出口外,喉道后出現超聲速區和激波(圖2c)。壅塞使飛機所受阻力大為增加,發動機的推力顯著減小。      上述壅塞都與喉道的存在有關,稱為幾何壅塞。在等截面的管道中,摩擦作用和加熱作用,也會使下游截面可能通過的最大流量減小,當某個截面處達到量大流量時就會發生壅塞,這分別稱為摩擦壅塞和加熱壅塞。實際管道中的壅塞往往是幾何、摩擦和加熱共同作用的結果。
