苗圃地化學除草技術在苗圃噴灑除草劑，除草效果好、成本低，因而使用得越來越廣泛。但有些苗圃種植的苗木種類多，各種苗木生長習性、生物學特性和栽培方式各不相同，一般來說，在苗圃地上進行化學除草要做到“五注意”。一、注意選擇藥劑除草劑的品種很多，有莖葉處理劑、滅生性除草劑等。有的適用于芽前除草，有的適用于莖葉期除草。因此，要根據不同的苗木品種和不同時期的雜草分別選用。如針葉樹種抗藥性強，可選由除草醚、蓋草能和果爾等；闊葉樹種抗藥性差，可選用地樂胺、撲草凈等。二、注意用藥量苗木對除草劑的耐藥性是有一定的限度的，所以不能隨意加大用量。另外，不同苗木的耐藥性不同，應嚴格按產品說明使用。一般來說，針葉樹種的用藥量可以大些，闊葉樹種的用藥量宜小些。同一苗木品種對某種藥劑的抗藥性，會隨著苗齡增加而提高，用藥量可相應加大，如防除松、杉苗圃的禾本科雜草，可每畝用23.5%的果爾乳油50毫升單用，或23.5%的果爾乳油30毫升加50%乙草胺乳油l00毫升混用。若用于闊葉樹種苗圃，用藥量宜適當減少。三、注意施藥方法氟樂靈易見光揮發，必須先噴施于苗圃土壤表層，然后再用齒耙覆蓋。拉索可在播種之后，出苗前施用。都爾、精穩殺得可在雜草幼苗期施用，對苗木比較安全。使用滅生性除草劑如草甘磷、克無蹤等，使用時噴頭要加保護罩，只能在行間噴霧，防止噴施到苗木綠色部位。樹種對除草劑較為敏感時，可采用毒土法，以防藥害。四、注意施藥時間苗前期宜用毒土法；速生期對除草劑敏感，要特別慎用；苗木硬化期苗木雖有一定抗性，但大部分雜草已經成熟，施藥的作用不大。五、注意環境條件苗圃土壤溫度高、濕度大、沙質土壤，藥效反應快，除草效果好，用藥量可減少；土壤濕度小、干旱，結構緊密時，藥效反應慢，除草效果差，藥量可大些。光對于某些除草劑影響十分明顯，如氟樂靈等，見光易分解，施于土表易揮發，使用時應及時與表層土混拌。敵草隆、西瑪津、撲草凈等；光合作用抑制劑，需要在有光的情況下才能抑制雜草光合作用，發揮除草效果。（來源：中國花卉報2003-03-18）
