塌陷區土地復墾技術塌陷區土地復墾技術technology of land reclamation in sink region 塌陷區土地復墾技術(technologyof landreelamation in sink region)根據不同的目的和用途對煤炭開采所引起的地表破壞、變形、沉落等地面塌陷區進行填墊復墾的技術措施。塌陷區的土地復墾技術措施大致分為工程復墾和生物復墾兩個主要階段。 工程復墾階段工程復墾是主要以礦區的固體廢渣作充填物料,將塌陷區填滿推平覆土。它兼有掩埋礦區固體廢棄物和復墾塌陷土地的雙重效益,所以發展甚快,應予大力倡導。工程復墾主要有煤研石充填復墾技術、電廠粉煤灰充填復墾技術、河、湖淤泥充填復墾技術、挖深墊淺復墾技術、疏千法復墾技術、梯田法復墾技術和綜合治理技術。 煤殲石充填復墾技術主要采用各種煤砰石為基本充填材料,具體技術可分3種情況。 ①新排研石充填復墾技術。應用礦井生產排殲系統將新產生的煤研石直接排人塌陷區,推平覆土形成土地。所用運研設備主要有標準規距火車,架線機車,蓄電瓶車以及自卸汽車等。 ②預排砰石充填復墾技術。在建井過程和生產初期,在采區上方預計地表將發生下沉的地區,取出一定量表土堆放于周圍,按預計的下沉等值線圖利用生產排研設備向該地區排放研石,待到下沉停止,砰石充填到預定水平后,即可將原先堆放四周的表土推到殲石層上覆土成田。 ③老研石山充填復墾技術。利用己有的老研石山堆存的研石充填塌陷區以實現復墾,此時一般采用汽車運輸。該法回填靈活,但成本較高,通常多用于填墊建筑場地或路基。 電廠粉謀灰充填復墾技術此項技術的工藝方法是先在計劃復墾的塌陷區內修筑起儲灰場,利用管道將電廠粉煤灰經水力輸送到儲灰場,當儲灰場所沉積的粉煤灰達到設計標高后停止充灰,將水排盡,然后覆蓋厚度大于0.3米的泥土而形成田地。 河、湖淤泥充填復墾技術靠近河道湖泊的一些煤礦,可利用河、湖淤泥充填塌陷區進行復墾。此時,實施方法是先將礦井殲石或其他固體廢棄物排人塌陷區充填底部,再取河、湖水下淤泥,經管道水力輸送到復墾區,使之覆蓋于煤砰石上,待泥干后用推土機整平,然后改良土壤,完善排灌系統,經綠化種植之后還田。這種處置方法既疏浚了河道湖泊,又復墾了塌陷破壞的土地,而且土壤肥力也較好,適于耕種。 挖深墊淺復墾技術這種復墾技術是運用機械或人工方法將地表下沉較大的土地進一步挖深,以適合養魚、栽‘藕或蓄水灌溉,挖出的泥土見可用來墊高開采時下沉較小的地區,使之形成水田或早地。這一復墾技術投資小,成本低,操作簡單,效率則較高。
