電解食鹽水溶液離子膜電解槽所用的膜材料之一分子式:CAS號:性質:又稱全氟羧酸-磺酸復合離子膜 Rf-COOH-Rf-SO3H 電解食鹽水溶液離子膜電解槽所用的膜材料之一。使用時,將較薄的羧酸層面向陰極,較厚的磺酸層面向陽極,因而兼有羧酸膜和磺酸膜的優點。由于Rf-COOH層的存在,可阻擋氫氧離子返遷移到陽極室,確保了高的電流效率(96%),因Rf-SO3層的電阻低,能在高電流密度下運行,且陰極液可用鹽酸中和,產品氯氣中氧含量低,氫氧化鈉濃度可達33%~35%。可在全氟磺酸膜上涂敷一層全氟羧酸的聚合物,或是將磺酸膜和羧酸膜進行層壓,或是采用化學方法處理而制得的復合膜。現以采用化學方法處理者質量最佳。
