氣相色譜/質譜聯用分子式：分子量：CAS號：性質：一種氣相色譜聯用技術。既發揮了氣相色譜高分離的能力，又發揮了質譜法的高鑒別能力。當一個多組分混合物通過色譜柱分離為各個單一組分，再混同載氣經過接口，逐一進入質譜儀的離子源。得到相應的質譜圖，便可以對每一組分進行鑒別。從位于離子源出口狹縫處的總離子流檢測器檢測到離子流信號，經放大后成為色譜圖。聯用時必須在氣相色譜儀和質譜儀之間用分子分離器相連接，以將載氣與被測組分分離開來，只讓組分分子進入質譜儀，同時起減壓作用，使之適應質譜儀高真空要求。其技術特點是：適合于多組分混合物中未知物的定性鑒定；可以判斷化合物的分子結構；可以準確測定未知組分的摩爾質量，可以鑒別出部分分離甚至未分離開的色譜峰；易于實現收集、貯存、處理、解釋有關信息的計算機化。
