氣相色譜/質譜聯用分子式:分子量:CAS號:性質:一種氣相色譜聯用技術。既發揮了氣相色譜高分離的能力,又發揮了質譜法的高鑒別能力。當一個多組分混合物通過色譜柱分離為各個單一組分,再混同載氣經過接口,逐一進入質譜儀的離子源。得到相應的質譜圖,便可以對每一組分進行鑒別。從位于離子源出口狹縫處的總離子流檢測器檢測到離子流信號,經放大后成為色譜圖。聯用時必須在氣相色譜儀和質譜儀之間用分子分離器相連接,以將載氣與被測組分分離開來,只讓組分分子進入質譜儀,同時起減壓作用,使之適應質譜儀高真空要求。其技術特點是:適合于多組分混合物中未知物的定性鑒定;可以判斷化合物的分子結構;可以準確測定未知組分的摩爾質量,可以鑒別出部分分離甚至未分離開的色譜峰;易于實現收集、貯存、處理、解釋有關信息的計算機化。
