高順式聚異戊二烯橡膠分子式:CAS號:性質:順式1,4結構含量為96%~97.5%。它是采用TiCl4-AlR3或TiCl4-聚亞氨基鋁烷體系引發劑,通過立體定向聚合,在烷烴溶劑中進行連續溶液聚合而生產的立構規整性彈性聚合物。整個工藝流程包括催化劑配制、原料精制、聚合、終止、加防老劑和脫除殘留引發劑、膠液分離、溶劑和單體回收并精制、橡膠脫水和干燥、制品成型和包裝。高順式聚異戊二烯橡膠在分子結構和性能方面非常類似于天然橡膠。有較高的彈性、較小的永久變形、加工不需塑煉等特點。可取代天然橡膠應用于輪胎、泡沫橡膠、膠管、墊件等的制造。高順式聚異戊二烯橡膠和天然橡膠在分子結構及極性基團等方面仍存在一定的差異,所以高順式聚異戊二烯橡膠的生膠強度、粘接性、硫化膠的彈性模量和撕裂強度、耐磨性及疲勞壽命都不如天然橡膠。
