本門事觀【本門事觀】 （術語）日本日蓮宗之意，法華本跡二門之法體，不出十界十如三世間。然跡門明九界之修因門，故以心為法本，使十界十如三千之事法，悉歸于一心，一心三觀一念三千之妙觀，使行人開覺法界唯心。故約于空門理觀歸于唯一心性。使泯絕他之事相也。本門明佛界之感果門。故以身為法本，使十界十如三千之事法悉歸于一身，使行人開覺法界唯一身。故約于有門事觀，直指事之十界依正，而作自己之全身，以為本覺之圓體。此中天臺宗以跡門之理觀為主，日蓮宗以本門之事觀為旨。故定經體，臺祖直以法性之冥理為體，日蓮以一經所詮之義為體（所詮之義者，神力品“以要言之。如來一切皆于此經宣示顯說。”是曰四句之結要：第一句結妙之名，第二句結妙之用，第三句結妙之體，第四句結妙之宗，以示一經之所詮在名用體宗之四，加之以能詮之經文即名體宗用教之五重玄義也。故日宗以此所詮之四法定為經體。不別立理性之法界以為經體），故臺家欲開悟此法性之冥理，依跡門之理性，立一心三觀一念三千之理觀。日蓮欲證即身成佛之實事，依本門之事成，制唱題之妙行。夫經題之五字，已含攝一經所詮宗體字用之全體，經題即本跡二門之妙法，然則信解經題即信解十界之依正本有常住之相也。十界之依正者，即信解吾一身也。是豈非即身成佛耶。故末代凡夫，欲即身成佛，則宜一心唱念題目，一心信受之力，會于任運之妙法，是以唱題之事相為門，入于本門之妙法，故謂為本門之事觀。
