《中國近三百年學術史》 中國近代思想家梁啟超的學術思想史著作。寫成于1923年，講述明朝末年至中華民國初年(1623～1923)中國學術思想的變遷史。原是作者在清華大學等校演講的講義，后整理成書，于1926年由上海民志書店正式出版。 作者在書中提出，著學術史有 4個必要的條件：①須把那時代主要各學派全數網羅,不可以愛憎為去取;②須將其特點提絜出來，令讀者有很明晰的觀念；③要忠實傳寫各家真相,勿以主觀上下其手;④要把各人的時代和他一生經歷大概敘述，看出那人的全人格。作者在本書的《反動與先驅》和《清代學術變遷與政治的影響》等節中，"先提絜大勢"，概括 300年學術發展的總趨勢，認為這個"時代思潮"是對宋元明三朝"明心見性""道學"的批判；是再開一個更切實更偉大時代的"先驅"；這個時代的"學術主潮是，厭倦主觀的冥想而傾向于客觀的考察"，其"支流是，排斥理論提倡實踐"。他認為這個時期學術思想的發展，是從顧炎武、黃宗羲、王夫之等為代表的舍空談而趨實踐的經世致用之學，到脫離"時政"的乾隆嘉慶時期的考據學，再到道光咸豐以后興起的至晚清以變法維新的"經世致用"、"托古改制"為特點的近代今文經學。作者看到了一些學術思想本身發展的脈絡，并著重指出這種變遷是受"明亡清興"、清王朝統治加強、"經過屢次文字獄"、"社會日趨安寧"、清王朝走向衰落、"政府箝制的威權也陵替"、人們起來和惡制度拚命的政治形勢的影響。但他脫離了清代的社會經濟制度和階級斗爭來敘述學術思想的變遷，貫穿著唯心史觀。 本書的《清代學者整理舊學之總成績》等節中，還比較詳盡地評述了清代學者在經學、小學、音韻學、校注古籍、辨偽書、輯佚書、史學、方志學、地理學、傳記及譜牒學、歷算學及其他科學、樂曲學方面的成就。
