疾病經濟負擔疾病經濟負擔 損失量等。一般用時間單位來表示，也可以通過某種間接方式折算為貨幣值來表示。中國通常采用的折算方法一是用國民收入、人均國民收入折算;二是用工資、平均日工資折算;三是用平均每個勞動日創造的國民收入折算。 影響疾病經濟負擔的因素，除疾病本身的診斷、治療復雜程度外，還有:①衛生服務半徑。服務范圍大，往返交通費增加，并可能會加重病情，從而增加疾病直接經濟負擔。②物價和工資水平。物價上漲，工資提高，都會增加疾病直接和間接經濟負擔。③醫療診斷技術。診斷技術的進步，一方面增加疾病直接經濟負擔;另一方面又降低間接經濟負擔。④醫護人員素質。醫護人員技術不佳、責任心不強，發生醫療事故、造成不應有的傷亡，都會增加疾病經濟負擔。 疾病經濟負擔是衡量醫療衛生服務社會效益和經濟效益的尺度之一。研究和計算疾病經濟負擔，可以確定衛生事業發展戰略目標，為合理籌集、分配和使用衛生資源等提供依據。疾病經濟負擔疾病、傷殘、死亡給社會帶來的經濟損失以及社會為防治疾病而消耗的經濟資源的總和。疾病經濟負擔分為: 疾病直接經濟負擔指社會為防治疾病而消耗的經濟資源。包括:①衛生機構和衛生人員在提供衛生服務時所耗費的各種費用，如診療費、注射處置費、醫藥費、住院費、預防保健費用等。②病人或衛生服務對象接受衛生服務所支付的除醫療保健費用以外的費用，如病人及陪護人員的往返差旅費、伙食費、營養費等。計算方法是:通過抽樣調查，推算出某病每例平均費用負擔水平，再乘以該地區居民人口數和患病率，求得該地區某病直接經濟負擔的總值(目前計算方法尚未統一，有的用發病率或就診率和就診住院率取代患病率來推算)。疾病直接經濟負擔是勞動力維護和培養費用的重要組成部分。 疾病間接經濟負擔指因疾病傷殘、死亡給社會和家庭帶來的間接經濟損失。包括:①疾病、傷殘、死亡損失的工作時間。②陪護人員及親友探望損失的工作時間。③因疾病、傷殘而降低或喪失勞動能力所造成的個人經濟損失。④因病傷過早死亡而損失的工作時間。⑤因疾病、傷殘、死亡給社會、家庭、親友帶來的其他各種負擔和損失。這些損失雖不屬于社會和家庭的實際經濟支出，但會造成社會勞動力有效時間的直接減少和工作能力的降低，由此而使社會蒙受經濟損失、增加經濟負擔。測算疾病間接經濟負擔常用的指標有:因病休工天數、休學天數、活動受限制天數和壽命
