甲霜靈分子式:C15H21NO4分子量:279.35CAS號:57837-19-1性質:白色結晶。熔點71.8-72.3℃,蒸氣壓(20℃)為0.29×10-3Pa,相對密度1.21(20/4℃)。在20℃水中溶解度為7.1g/L,苯中為550g/L,二氯甲烷中為750g/L,甲醇中為650g/L,異丙醇中為270g/L。在中性或酸性介質中穩定。制備方法:在碳酸氫鈉存在下,將2,6-二甲基苯胺與2-溴丙酸甲酯反應,制得DL-N-(2,6-二甲基苯基)-α-氨基丙酸甲酯。再用甲氧基乙酰氯進行酰化反應,即得甲霜安。用途:甲霜安是新型高效內吸性殺菌劑。可內吸進入植物內,水溶性比一般殺菌劑高得多,可以透入新脂性小的卵菌的細胞膜,起殺菌作用。因此,甲霜安對卵菌綱中的霜霉菌和疫霉菌具有選擇性特效,例如對馬鈴薯晚疫病、葡萄霜霉病、啤酒花霜霉病、甜菜疫病、油菜白銹病、煙草黑脛病等都有良好的防治效果。該品用量低,一般為200-300g(有效成分)/hm2。
