結球甘藍施肥結球甘藍施肥fertilization of cabbage  時,葉色濃綠,葉片開展速度緩慢。所以結球甘藍育苗床土要求肥沃疏松,保水力強而又通透性好,具有良好的理化性狀。一般在播種前每公頃施入腐熟有機肥75噸,與土壤摻勻耙細,或采用人工配制營養土,選用50%~70%的園土,摻入20%~30%腐熟廄肥、堆肥,以及5%一10%的草木灰和腐熟的禽畜糞或人糞尿等。秋冬甘藍育苗正值炎熱多雨季節,肥料量應適當減少.苗床土肥沃時,甚至可以不施肥料。春甘藍育苗時易出現先期抽墓,為此除要嚴格掌握播種期外,還要注意苗期施肥;營養條件過差,易抽荃;施肥過多,幼苗生長快,易感受低溫影響而先期抽墓、所以在幼苗期即不可缺肥又要適當控制施肥。一般春甘藍育苗,冬前不施速效性氮肥,在分苗時可加施少量速效氮肥,有利于根系恢復生長.促進緩苗.在定植起苗之前,追施一次腐熟人糞尿,對提高幼苗抗性,縮短緩苗期有益。 垂肥栽植結球甘藍的土壤應肥沃而疏松。一般每公頃用腐熟廄肥或堆肥60~75噸,和P20。110一150千克混合堆腐,在整地時鋪施60%,到幼苗定植時再溝施或穴施40%。為了防止雨季肥分的流失,在夏甘藍栽培上,更要重視基肥的使用。 追肥春甘藍在定植時,每公頃隨水施氮30~45千克或15噸人糞尿,對加速緩苗及提高抗寒能力有明顯作用,并提高早期產量。植株緩苗后進入蓮座期,根系吸收能力逐漸加強,結束蹲苗期時應澆水追肥,促使葉球的形成。此時每公頃施人糞尿30~45噸或施N45~60千克。進入結球期后,是甘藍全生育期中生長量最大的時期,保證有充足的水肥條件是獲取優質高產的重要條件。早熟品種由于結球期短,前期增重快,追肥1~2次即可。中、晚熟品種結球期長,應追肥2~3次.每次每公頃施N45~60千克。 秋甘藍的苗期處在高溫條件下,而結球期則是在溫和冷涼的氣候下生長的,所以追肥的重點應放在蓮座末期和結球中期以前。一般追肥分5次進行,第一次在定植后發生新根時,每公頃施氮30一35千克。在蓮座葉形成時,氣溫有所下降,追施第二次肥料,每公頃施氮36~40克。或用人糞尿,促進生長。在蓮座葉生長盛期追施第三次肥料,于行間開溝埋肥,將優質有機肥料和氮、磷肥混合,施入后封土灌水。灌水后在地面再施草木灰。在結球前期與中期各追肥一次,施用人糞尿或氮肥均可,結球后期停止追肥。夏甘藍的追肥技術應掌握少量多次迫肥,每次每公頃施氮30~35千克,不宜澆施人糞尿或其它有機肥,以免引起病害。 (劉宜生)結球甘藍施肥(fertili:ation of cabbage)根據結球甘藍在生長發育過程中對養分的需求,結合土峨供肥性能和肥料效應所采取的施肥技術。
