氧樂果分子式:C5H12NO4PS分子量:213.20CAS號:1113-02-6性質:無色至淡黃色透明液體。沸點135℃(分解),100-110℃(1.33×10-4kPa),相對密度1.3243(20/4℃),折光率1.4987,蒸氣壓(20℃)為3.33×10-6kPa。易溶于水、丙酮、乙醇、氯仿、正丁醇及許多烴溶劑,微溶于石油醚。在中性及偏酸性介質中較穩定,遇堿易分解,水溶液不能久貯。制備方法:可采用異氰酸酯法、先胺解法或后胺解法等。后胺解法是先用三氯化磷、甲醇制成亞磷酸二甲酯,再加入定量硫黃粉后通氨反應得到二甲基硫代磷酸銨,再與氯乙酸甲酯縮合成硫代磷酸酯。然后在低溫下與一甲胺進行胺解反應生成氧化樂果原油。后胺解法得到的原油含氧化樂果70%以上,以三氯化磷計收率42%。市售的氧化樂果為40%乳油。原料消耗定額:三氯化磷710kg/t、甲醇490kg/t、氯乙酸甲酯(90%)690kg/t、一甲胺(40%)350kg/t、硫磺155kg/t、液氨110kg/t。用途:主要用于防治刺吸式口器害蟲,對咀嚼式口器害蟲也有效。主要用于棉花、小麥、果樹、蔬菜、高梁等作物防治各種蚜蟲、紅蜘蛛,用于水稻可防治飛虱、薊馬、稻縱卷葉螟等。對于各種蚧蟲如柑桔紅蠟蚧、樺干蚧等防治效果也很顯著。由于氧化樂果抗性系數較小,因此特別適宜防治抗性蚜螨。
