茶園害蟲致病微生物茶園害蟲致病微生物pathogenic microbes of pests in tea plantation 茶圈,蟲致腳徽生物比5 of(pathogeniein tea Plantation)nllCro- 侵染業科學院茶葉研究所等單位還發現有:圓抱蟲霉寄生小綠葉蟬,蟲草菌寄生扁刺蛾、茶刺蛾,球赤殼菌寄生茶牡蜘蚊,稼祥寄生茶毛蟲、云尺續等,紅霉菌寄生娜圓幼,擬青祥寄生腎紋毒蛾、茶細蛾、褐刺蛾等。 不少病原真菌都可進行人工生產,國內則以白僵菌生產較多。在生產中重要的是選取優良的菌種和培養基,控制培養條件和防止污染。其土法生產的工藝流程:從自然似蟲分離選取優良菌種一、試管斜面培養一、轉入瓶、堆進行二級培養一*轉入大床進行三級固體擴大培養一一,出料在40一45℃條件下干燥一、粉碎過篩100篩目一一側定活抱子含量一、包裝密封一一陰涼干燥處貯存備用。白僵菌除菌種培養外,一般對營養條件要求不高,菌種培養基可用馬鈴薯20%,蔗籍2%,瓊脂2%加水配制;二級培養則可用淘米水(5oo克水淘500克米);三級擴大培養可用米糠40%麥軼30%,谷殼30%,加水適量(不超料重)。為了進一步提高產量和產品質量,宜進行液體深層發醉的工業生產。 細菌病大多由芽抱桿菌科(B acillaceae)芽抱桿菌屬才腸ct’llus)的細菌感染所致。蘇蕓金桿菌(B.th“萬伙卯召嘴司已經工廠化生產,廣泛用于防治蛾蝶類及其它農業害蟲。蘇蕓金桿菌的營養體呈直形較粗桿狀,兩端鈍圓,有厚膜,長寬為1.2一1.8X3.0一5.0徽米。周生鞭毛微動或不動。營養體單個存在或幾個結成鏈狀,在適宜條件下經過不斷裂殖,老熟形成長卵口形抱子炭,抱子囊最后破裂放出一個芽泡和一個伴抱晶體。芽抱卵圓形,有光澤,長寬為0.8一0.9x2.0徽米,在適宜條件下再萌發裂殖。伴抱晶體多呈菱形或近方形,長寬為o.6x2.0微米,含有毒素,在堿性溶液中釋放出來,對害蟲具有很強的毒力。害蟲吞食經消化道侵入體腔。峨搽類幼蟲腸液呈堿性,正利于毒素析出毒殺害蟲。病死蟲體變軟,變形,色暗,組織解體膿化,并有奧味,故亦稱膿病或軟化病。蘇蕓金桿菌有很多變種,如青蟲菌、松毛蟲桿菌、殺螟桿菌、“7216”、“HD一l”等。在茶樹害蟲中也常有自然感染和人工應用。例如福建茶科所用0.2億飽子/毫升菌液防治茶毛蟲,5天后死亡75一90%。安徽祁門茶科所用同樣劑量防治茶蠶,5天后死亡100%:0.5億/毫升菌液防治茶蓑蛾.10天后死亡78一100%。
