聚丙烯/苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物共混物分子式:CAS號:性質:SBS加入量一般為5%~15%,有時可達25%~30%。PP/SBS具有優良的韌性,沖擊強度比PP提高2~4倍,同時低溫脆性與耐應力開裂性能大幅度提高。與PP的其他橡膠共混物相比,其特點是共混容易,加工方便。機械共混法工藝條件為:加料段140~160℃,壓縮段200~220℃,均化段230~240℃,機頭190~200℃,螺桿50~80r/min。有時共混分兩步進行,首先將PP與SBS按1:1共混擠出,制成母料,然后在母料中再摻入粒狀PP,達到所需配比再進行二次造粒。主要用于家庭用品、汽車配件、醫院用品、薄膜、熱成型片材、容器等。 嵌段共聚物共混物系由聚丙烯與苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物組成的共混物,改善了聚丙烯的室溫及低溫沖擊性能,減少應力發白現象,提高流動性,但硬度和熱變形溫度有所下降。例如加入10份嵌段共聚物于聚丙烯中,其懸臂梁缺口沖擊強度由2.6kJ/m提高到8.0kJ/m,耐寒性由-5℃提高到-45℃,熱變形溫度(1.82MPa負荷)由58℃下降為56℃。可以熔融共混法制備。用于中空成型及發泡成型,亦可用于制作包裝膜,若添加適量無機填料,達到一定的剛韌平衡可作汽車風扇護圈等。
