1.Using linkage analysis based on advanceed backcrosse population, a new resistance gene scm3 resistanted to the Sugar Cane Mosaic Virus (SCMV) derived from an elite inbred line Hai9-21was identifid.本實驗以優良玉米雜交種豫玉22的母本自交系(綜3)為供體親本、父本自交系(87-1)為受體親本,通過雜交、回交和SSR標記全程跟蹤供體的染色體片段的方法,構建了以87-1為背景的綜3染色體單片段代換系群體;利用高代回交群體,結合BSA(bulked segregantanalysis)分池和SSR分子標記,鑒定并初步定位了1個新的玉米矮花葉病隱性抗病基因。

防治紅檵木天牛及花葉病近年來,隨著城市綠化事業的不斷發展,紅檵木作為彩色樹種,在城市綠化中占有越來越重要地位。然而,由于綠化維護管理方面存在一些薄弱環節,我們經常看見一株株冠徑1米多的紅檵木整株死亡,嚴重影響了綠地景觀效果。去年11月份,我們對紅檵木死亡原因進行了研究,糾正了以前曾采取的不正確處理方法。一、蟲害:經過對圃里瀕臨死亡的大規格紅檵木挖開根部仔細觀察,發現主要是蛀干類害蟲星天牛的為害。1、為害方式:以幼蟲在樹基環狀剝皮,最后蛀入木質部,由于苗木的韌皮部遭到破壞,致使水分和養分傳輸受阻,漸漸部分死亡,最后發展為整株死亡。2、幼蟲形態特征:前胸后端有“凸”形紋,其前還有一對飛鳥形紋。3、防治方法:1.5至6月份捕捉成蟲。2.成蟲活動期,用塑料片包扎樹基,防止其產卵。3.用80%敵敵畏乳劑或40%樂果乳油加水及黃泥拌成糊狀,涂刷樹基。4.鉤殺幼蟲,可塞入藥棉,用泥封住。二、紅檵木花葉病1、為害癥狀:首先表現為葉脈失綠,接著是葉片上呈輕微的斑駁狀,以后成為深淺紅斑駁狀。新葉上癥狀更為明顯。2、發病規律:此病毒病多由蚜蟲傳播。另外,紅檵木多由扦插繁殖,扦插材料若帶有病毒,也是導致病害的直接原因。3、防治辦法:滅蚜對紅檵木花葉病有一定控制作用,另外,紅檵木多實行扦插繁殖,由于病毒的積累,到一定程度顯現出來。因此,選擇健壯的枝條進行扦插,也是防病的關鍵。不管怎樣,注意田間的衛生管理,根除病株,清除CMV的其他寄主,以減少浸染源,是最主要的防治方法。(來源:中國花卉報2003-06-19)
