假單孢菌屬分子式:CAS號:性質:革蘭氏染色陰性。呈直桿、卵圓到短桿狀,少數能形成長桿狀,大小一般為(0.5~1)μm×(1.5×4)μm;以極生鞭毛運動,鞭毛為單毛到叢毛;不產生鞘或突起物,無芽孢;在肉汁蛋白胨培養基上菌落大多呈圓形、凸狀、全緣、半透明、閃光;生長24h內直徑約為1~3mm;異養菌,不發酵葡萄糖和烷基胺、不氧化乙醇為乙酸;能利用多種有機化合物,作為惟一的或主要的碳源而生長;能液化明膠,分解蛋白質,少數需要氨基氮,大多數可利用無機氮;除了能利用反硝化作用為厭氧呼吸的一些種外,都是嚴格好氧;無光合作用、接觸酶陽性、氧化酶陽性;大多數種能產生水溶性色素;生長溫度為4~43℃;DNA的G+C含量為58%~70%(摩爾)。這屬菌可在土壤、動植物表體、海水及淡水中找到。呼吸代謝,永不發酵。不固定氮素。能利用一碳化合物以外的碳化合物作為惟一的碳源。嚴格好氧,一些能利用反硝化作用作為厭氧呼吸的種除外。他們的活性在有機物質礦化方面具有重要的意義。
