脲醛樹脂脲醛樹脂ure-aformaldehyderesins尿素與甲醛反應得到的聚合物。又稱脲甲醛樹脂。英文縮寫UF。加工成型時發生交聯,制品為不溶不熔的熱固性樹脂。固化后的脲醛樹脂顏色比酚醛樹脂淺,呈半透明狀,耐弱酸、弱堿,絕緣性能好,耐磨性極佳,價格便宜,但遇強酸、強堿易分解,耐候性較差。商品名Beetle。尿素與37%甲醛水溶液在酸或堿的催化下可縮聚得到線性脲醛低聚物,工業上以堿作催化劑,95℃左右反應,甲醛/尿素之摩爾比為1.5~2.0,以保證樹脂能固化。反應第一步生成一和二羥甲基脲,然后羥甲基與氨基進一步縮合,得到可溶性樹脂,如果用酸催化,易導致凝膠。產物需在中性條件下才能貯存。線性脲醛樹脂以氯化銨為固化劑時可在室溫固化。模塑粉則在130~160℃加熱固化,促進劑如硫酸鋅、磷酸三甲酯、草酸二乙酯等可加速固化過程。脲醛樹脂主要用于制造模壓塑料,制造日用生活品和電器零件,還可作板材粘合劑、紙和織物的漿料、貼面板、建筑裝飾板等。由于其色淺和易于著色,制品往往色彩豐富瑰麗。
