枇杷枇杷Eriobotryajaponica;loquat薔薇科(Rosaceae)枇杷屬常綠小喬木。亞熱帶果樹。因葉片狀似琵琶,故名。原產中國長江上游。湖北西部山區還有野生種分布,浙江、福建、臺灣為主要產區。枇杷枇杷葉片長橢圓形,長可達30厘米左右,葉緣有粗鋸齒,背面密生灰白或黃白色茸毛。在枝條的先端著生復總狀花序。花白色有芳香。梨果球形至橢圓形,肉色淺黃至橙黃(見圖)。品種有100個以上,根據肉色可分為紅沙種和白沙種兩大類。圖片枇杷分布區年平均溫度多在15℃以上。喜溫暖濕潤而陽光充足的氣候和肥沃、排水良好的土壤。實生、嫁接或高空壓條繁殖均可。主要病蟲害有枇杷瘤蛾、枇杷天牛、干腐病等。枇杷果實除鮮食外也可制罐頭。果實和葉片制成的枇杷膏和枇杷葉膏是潤肺止咳藥。花為良好的蜜源。樹形整齊而葉常綠,晚秋開花,是中國古典園林中有名的觀賞樹種之一。
